In a speech today, former New York Mayor Mike Bloomberg decried the media trotting out previous statements he has made as evidence of his racism.
“When presented out of context, these comments I made years ago unfairly make me appear to be just a garden variety bigot, and represent a watered down version of my views about the dominance of the white race.”
“I call on the national media to exercise vigilance in presenting old audio and video of me speaking, to ensure that the clips accurately reflect my abiding belief that certain mongrel races are naturally inferior, dangerous, and prone to potential violence.”
“Naturally, I do expect minorities to turn and vote for me in droves. It’s just something you do for your superiors.”
