To kick-off the convention on Monday night, the Democratic party showed off all of the candidates who would be preferable to Joe Biden. Bernie Sanders? Oh, hell yeah. Michelle Obama? Oh my God, why can’t we vote for her for President? John Kasich? O.K., let’s not go crazy here.
Tonight, the Dems will field another slate of speakers, any of whom would be make a better candidate than Vice President Biden, including John Kerry, Bill Clinton, AOC, Jimmy Carter, and yes, Jill Biden. The DNC hopes that by showing home viewers all of the talent in the Party, none of whom will be on the ballot, voters will be given the extra meh needed to vote for Vice-President Biden on election day.
