After being caught on camera violating a San Francisco city ordinance that prevents salons from operating indoors, Speaker Nancy Pelosi chopped off her own bangs to protest the public’s ridicule. “Look at what you’ve done to me! Is this what you want? ARE YOU HAPPY NOW?” Pelosi shouted, gripping a pair of kitchen scissors, locks of her meticulously-highlighted brown hair falling to the floor. “HOW AM I SUPPOSED TO KEEP UP WITH ALL OF THESE STUPID RULES?! I’m doing my best! There’s a deranged lunatic in the White House, and I’m trying to keep it all together, but sometimes a girl just really needs a beauty parlor day, and I didn’t know where else to go, and it’s not really that big of a deal, and I just wanted to look pretty. TELL ME I’M PRETTY!”
